an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 27, 2009, by three petitioners on behalf of workers of
First Data Corporation, Global Customer Services Operations
Facility, Daytona Beach, Florida.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid due to inconsistencies regarding the identities of the
petitioners and signatures. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
