Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on October 27, 2009 by a representative of the
Missouri Department of Economic Development, Division of
Workforce Development, on behalf of workers of Logistic
Management Services, Inc., Fenton, Missouri (Logistic
Management Services).
The worker group is currently under an existing
certification (TA-W-63,052), that was certified on April 14,
2008. Therefore, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose and the investigation has been terminated.
