Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by
three workers on October 10, 2009 on behalf of workers of
Hutchinson Technology, Inc., Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
The petitioners were separated more than one year prior to the
date of the petition. Consequently, the petition has been deemed
invalid and the investigation has been terminated.
