Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on October 6, 2010 in response to a
petition filed on behalf of workers of PCC Airfoils, LLC, a
Division of Precision Castparts Corporation, Crooksville, Ohio.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, (TA-W-72,520) which expires on February 18, 2012.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
