Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 30, 2009, by a state workforce agent on behalf of workers
and former workers of White & Green Motors/KPH Enterprise located
at 402 Haven Street, Eaton Rapids, Michigan, and 450 Marlin Street,
Eaton Rapids, Michigan.
The investigation revealed that there is no worker group
employed by White & Green Motors/KPH Enterprise at either location.
Therefore, the petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
