an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 29, 2009, by a company official on behalf of Matthew
Bender and Company, Inc., D/B/A LexisNexis, Corporation Accounting
Division, a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier, Inc., Bellevue,
Washington.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification, (TA-W-72,431C) which expires on December 17, 2011.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
