Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 21, 2009, by a company official on behalf of workers of
Heat & Frost Insulation, Inc., Soldotna, Alaska.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by a valid
certification, TA-W-62,220, which grants eligibility for trade
adjustment assistance benefits for all of the petitioners.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
