Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 15, 2009, by an Illinois State Workforce Official on
behalf of workers of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
On November 24, 2009, the Department issued a negative
determination (TA-W-72,275) applicable to the same worker group.
No new information or change in circumstances is evident which
would result in a reversal of the Department's previous
determination. Consequently, further investigation would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
