Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 11, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Hickory White Upholstery, High Point, North Carolina.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by a
certification, (TA-W-64,867 as amended on June 17, 2010) which
expires on January 30, 2011. Consequently, further investigation
in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been
terminated.
