Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 3, 2009 on behalf of workers of the International Union
Electronic, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers-Communication
Workers of America (IUE-CWA) Local 84798, Dayton, Ohio.
The petition is a duplicate of a petition on which the
Department issued a negative determination (TA-W-72,488) on
December 8, 2009. Consequently, further investigation would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
