Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on September 2, 2009 in response to
a petition filed by workers of Manpower, Inc., employed on-site at
IBM in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
The workers are covered under an existing Trade Adjustment
Assistance certification (TA-W-72,062) issued on October 13, 2009,
which expires on October 13, 2011. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose and the
investigation has been terminated.
