Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on August 31, 2009 in
response to a worker-filed petition on behalf of workers of
Reliant Machine, Inc., Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The Trade Adjustment Assistance petition was submitted by
one worker. Regulation 29 CFR Section 90.11(b) requires that the
petition be signed by at least three individuals of the
petitioning group.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
