Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 19, 2009 by a state agency representative on behalf of
workers of Perry Slingsby Systems, Inc., Jupiter, Florida.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-72,003) filed on August 12, 2009 whose workers were
certified as eligible for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) on
October 6, 2009. Further investigation in this case would
duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the investigation
under this petition has been terminated.
