an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 29, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of Nioxin
Research Laboratories, Inc., Lithia Springs, Georgia, including on-
site leased workers from SelectSource Staffing and BlueStar
Staffing.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated.
