Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 20, 2009, on behalf of workers of Morris Yachts, Inc., Bass
Harbor, Maine (TA-W-71,734) and Morris Yachts, Inc., Trenton, Maine
(TA-W-71,734A).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated. Therefore,
further investigation in this case would serve no purpose and the
investigation has been terminated.
