Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 8, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of Pad
Leasing Associates, working on-site at Newton Transportation
Company, Inc., Hudson, North Carolina.
The workers are covered under an existing certification (TA-W-
71,531), that was certified on October 15, 2009. Therefore, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose and the
investigation has been terminated.
