an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 7, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of Magneti
Marelli Powertrain USA, LLC, Sanford, North Carolina. The worker
group is engaged in activities related to the production of power
train parts for motor vehicles.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the investigation has been terminated.
