an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 25, 2009, by two workers of Electronic Data Systems, Auburn
Hills, Michigan, and one worker of Electronic Data Systems,
Pontiac, Michigan.
The petitioning group of workers is filing for two different
worker groups. Therefore, the petition regarding this investigation
has been deemed invalid, and the investigation has been terminated.
