Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on June 26, 2009 in
response to a worker-filed petition filed on behalf of workers
and former workers at Trialon Corporation, Kokomo, Indiana.
The petition of Trade Adjustment Assistance submitted by
three workers is signed by only one of the petitioning workers.
29 CFR Section 90.11(b) states that "Every petition shall
be signed by at least three individuals of the petitioning group
. . . ."
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
