Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 24, 2009, on behalf of workers of Maggy London International,
New York, New York.
Because the petitioning workers constitute two separately
identifiable worker groups and neither group satisfies 29 CFR 90.2,
the petition regarding the investigation has been deemed invalid.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
