an investigation was initiated on June 19, 2009 in response to a
worker petition on behalf of workers of Product Action
International LLC, Toledo, Ohio.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-71,049 as amended) which expires on March 19,
2012. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
