Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 13, 3009 by three workers on behalf of workers of Robinson
Solutions, working on-site at Chrysler LLC, St. Louis North
Assembly Plant, Fenton, Missouri (TA-W-71,198) and Chrysler LLC,
St. Louis South Assembly Division, Fenton, Missouri (TA-W-71,198A).
The petitioning group of workers is covered by TA-W-63,052
which expires on April 10, 2010 and TA-W-62,438 which expires on
December 14, 2009. Further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
