Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 9, 2009, by three workers on behalf of workers of Neocork
Technologies, Conover, North Carolina.
During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that
this petition duplicates an existing certification (TA-W-70,429)
for workers at the same subject facility. Consequently, further
investigation would serve no purpose, and this case has been
terminated.
