Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 2, 2009 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Thomasville Furniture Industries, Inc., Winston-Salem, North
Carolina.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-70,833) filed on June 1, 2009 whose workers were
certified as eligible for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) on
August 21, 2009. Further investigation in this case would
duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore, the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
