an investigation was initiated on June 1, 2009 in response to a
worker petition filed on behalf of workers of Product Action
International, LLC, Princeton, Indiana.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by a certification
(TA-W-61,608 as amended) which expires on July 20, 2009.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
