Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 19, 2009 by three workers on behalf of workers of Premier
Manufacturing Support Services, Inc., Princeton, Indiana.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by a
certification, (TA-W-61,608, as amended) which expired on July 20,
2009. Each of the petitioning workers was separated prior to July
20, 2009. Consequently, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
