Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on April 20, 2009 in
response to a petition filed by the Glass, Molders, Pottery,
Plastics, and Allied Workers International Union, Local 125, on
behalf of workers of Saint-Gobain Containers, Waxahachie, Texas.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Therefore, the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
