an investigation was initiated on February 3, 2009 in response to a
worker petition filed by workers of Detroit Diesel Specialty Tool
Company, a division of Detroit Diesel Corporation, a subsidiary of
Daimler Trucks North America, LLC, Cambridge, Ohio.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
