Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on October 23, 2008 in response to a
worker petition filed by a State agency representative on behalf of
workers of SD Summit Design, Inc., Montebello, California.
The Department has been unable to locate an official of the
firm in order to obtain the information necessary to render a
determination. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
