an investigation was initiated on April 10, 2007 in response to a
petition filed by the State of South Carolina on behalf of workers
at Robert Bosch Corporation, Sumter, South Carolina.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an active
certification for workers of Bosch-Sumter Plant, Automotive
Technology-Chassis Division, Sumter, South Carolina (TA-W-60,006),
which expires on September 22, 2008.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
