Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on July 21, 2005, in
response to a petition filed by a company official on behalf of
workers of Dorr-Oliver Eimco USA Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah.
The TAA petition form used to file on behalf of the workers
is deemed invalid because it did not have a valid OMB control
number. Consequently, further investigation would serve no
purpose and the investigation is terminated.
