an investigation was initiated on March 3, 2005 in response to a
petition filed on behalf of workers at Continental Tire North
America, Akron Test Center, Akron, Ohio.
The petitioners have requested that the petition be withdrawn,
with the option to reapply in the near future. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
