Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on February 23, 2005 in response to
a petition filed on behalf of workers at General Motors
Corporation, Powertrain Division, Pontiac, Michigan.
The petition regarding this investigation was not submitted by
three or more workers, by an authorized representative of the
workers, by an authorized representative of General Motors
Corporation, or by a State One-Stop operator or employment security
agency. It has therefore has been deemed invalid. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
