Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an investigation was initiated on November 26, 2003 in response to a worker petition filed a company official on behalf of workers at Patricia A. Johnson, St. Joseph, Missouri.
The workers are covered by a petition filed on November 25, 2003 (TA-W-53,626, TA-W-53,627 and TA-W-53,628), that is the subject of an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet been issued. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation is terminated.
