Certification Regarding Eligibility to Apply for
Worker Adjustment Assistance

Pursuant to section 402 of the Trade and Development Act of
2000 (P.L.106-200), I make the following certification:
"All workers of Portland General Electric Company, Trojan
Nuclear Plant, Rainier, Oregon, who were employed at such
facility at any time during the period covered by Trade
Adjustment Assistance Certification TA-W-28,438 (such period
beginning on February 23, 1992 and ending on April 23, 1995)
and who became totally or partially separated from employment
related to the decommissioning of such facility on or after
June 20, 2002, through two years from the date of
certification are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance
under Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974."
