Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on February 14, 2003 in response to
a petition filed by a company official on behalf of workers at
Daniel Blanton, Homosassa, Florida.
The Department has been unable to locate a company official to
obtain the information necessary to render a determination on
worker group eligibility.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
