- ETA requests State Unemployment Insurance Agencies, or SUIAs, return signed Consent for Research and Evaluation of the RESEA and WPRS Programs to DOL at SWIS@dol.gov. The deadline for transmittal of signed forms to DOL is Friday, October 4, 2024.
