  • Social Impact Partnerships to Pay for Results Act Terms and Conditions: Funding was appropriated to the U.S. Department of Treasury for successful outcome payments for projects under the Social Impact Partnerships to Pay for Results Act (SIPPRA). Pursuant to SIPPRA, Treasury selected a project proposed by the New York State Energy and Research Development Authority (NYSERDA) for an award. Under the authority provided to Treasury in SIPPRA, Treasury selected the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA) to administer the project.

ALL DOL funding recipients must have and maintain an active SAM.gov registration from the time of application through the end of the period of performance in the event of award selection. Unique Entity Identifiers (UEIs) and the Federal Awardee Performance Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) has been integrated into SAM.gov.
