Logistics Information for the Washington, D.C. Benefit Timeliness and Quality (BTQ) Nonmonetary Determination Quality Review Training Seminar. |
1.Purpose.
To provide information on the FY 2000 training seminar in Washington, D.C. including hotel and other logistics information for training participants.
2.References.
ET Handbook No. 301, Revised January 1998, and Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No.7-00.
3.FY 2000 BTQ Nonmonetary Determination Evaluation Training Seminars.The training seminar in Washington, D.C. will be conducted from 1:00 P.M. on Monday, August 28, 2000 through noon on Friday, September 1, 2000, in the Conference Center at the One Washington Circle Hotel.
4.Logistics Information.A block of rooms has been reserved at the One Washington Circle Hotel, One Washington Circle, NW, Washington, D.C. 20037 under the groupname, "Department of Labor." The rate is $118 plus 14.5% tax per night for a single or $133 plus $14.5% tax per night for a double. Each individual is responsible for contacting the hotel at 202-872-1680 to make his/her reservation. Please reference the group name when making reservations to ensure the correct rate is quoted. Reservations must be made before July 28, 2000.
5. State Nominees.
Nominations for this session will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
6.Action Required.
State Administrators are requested to furnish the names of nominees to the appropriate RO and to ensure that nominees are aware of the lodging arrangements for the training seminar.
