UI PERFORMS: Calendar Year (CY)1998 Unemployment Insurance System (UIS) Annual Report

 

  1. Purpose. Notice of availability of the UIS Annual Report, comprised of data reported through UI PERFORMS Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM), Benefits Timeliness and Quality (BTQ), and Tax Performance System (TPS) for CY 1998.

  2. Background. The CY 1997 report was the first comprehensive UI PERFORMS Annual Report, containing summary indicators of the full range of UI operational performance- benefits, appeals, and tax. For the CY 1998 report, UI PERFORMS reporting and performance measurement data have been integrated further, with the organization of the information by State, alphabetically.

  3. Addresses. The CY 1998 UI PERFORMS Annual Report can be accessed on the Information Technology Support Center (ITSC) Internet site at http://www.itsc.state.md.us. Printed copies are available for a printing charge through the National Technical Information Service (NTIS); orders may be placed by telephone to 1-800-553-6847 or 703-605-6000, fax to 703-6056900, E-mail orders@ntis.fedworld.gov or mail to NTIS, 5285 Port Royal Rd, Springfield, VA 22161.
