SUBJECT	:	Directory of Benefit Payment Control Staff

1. Purpose. To transmit a revised Directory of Benefit Payment Control (BPC) Staff.

2. Description. The attached directory identifies key contact personnel in BPC. At the request of many participants in the Overpayment Recovery Project, this version includes the SESA Collection Supervisors (where supplied by the SESA). Additionally, a listing of Federal staff and the Information Technology Support Center (ITSC) has been added.

3. Availability of Document. In addition to this hard copy distribution, the Directory will be available on the website for the ITSC under Personnel Directories: http://www.itsc.state.md.us.

4. Changes. It is recognized that personnel changes occur frequently. Distribution of revised hard copies will only be made occasionally, but the information on the ITSC website can be updated as needed. To make changes to the Directory on the ITSC website:

   • Go to ITSC website.
   • Scroll down and click on Personnel Directories.
   • Click on Electronic Name/Address Changes.
   • Click on Title and select State BPC Supervisors.
   • Select State.
   • Complete the requested information, and Send.

5. Action Required. SESA Administrators are requested to provide the attached Directory to appropriate staff.
