Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) Checklist

  1. Purpose. To transmit a checklist of UIPLs as of December 31, 1991.

  2. Action Required. 

    1. Remove canceled directives listed on Attachment A from your active files. While a transmittal letter may be declared obsolete, the attachment or separate cover material transmitted with it may be retained as long as it is useful.

    2. Place the current checklist (Attachment B) in the front of the appropriate binder to serveas a source of reference.
