Training and Employment Information Notice (TEIN) Checklist

As stated in Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 6-01, dated November 14, 2001, the TEIN has been eliminated as an ETA advisory series. However, active TEINs remain in the advisory system. The attached listings show the status of these TEINs as of July 1, 2002.

A checklist will be issued at the start of each program year rescinding obsolete TEINs and listing those remaining active until all TEINs have been rescinded. While a TEIN may be rescinded, the TEIN and any material transmitted with it may be retained as long as it is useful.
