Purpose. To notify the States of the availability of a new publication -- Study of the Implementation of EDWAA: Report on the Survey of Substate Areas. The report details results of an evaluation study conducted for the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) by Social Policy Research Associates, of Menlo Park, California.
Background. The new publication is part of an overall evaluation of the implementation of the Economic Dislocation and Worker Adjustment Assistance (EDWAA) program, and builds on the study's two previous reports.
