SUBJECT	:	Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) Report Form ETA 5148

1. Purpose. To announce the changed expiration date of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of the Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Report (MSFW) Form 5148.

2. Reference. 20 CFR Parts 6553.109

3. Change. The expiration date of OMB approval on ETA Form 5148 has been changed from 8/31/99 to 9/30/2000.

4. Action. State Administrators are requested to provide the above information and to appropriate staff.

5. Inquiries. Direct all inquiries to the Regional Monitor Advocate for the United States Department of Labor/Employment and Training Administration.
