Dallas, Texas - The U.S. Department of Labor sued several fiduciaries to the retirement plans and a health plan of client employers of Seirios Staff Services, Inc., a defunct professional employee organization (PEO) that operated out of Addison, Texas. Chicago, Illinois -  The U.S. Department of Labor sued an executive of Omni Circuits, Inc., in Glenview, Illinois, to prevent him from avoiding debts he owes to the company’s welfare plans during his personal bankruptcy proceeding.

Albuquerque, New Mexico - The U.S. Department of Labor sued Automated Solutions of Albuquerque, Inc., and the company’s two 401(k) plan trustees for allegedly failing to forward $9,111 in employee contributions to the plan.
