Allegations: Maximus Multimedia International LLC ceased operations in February 2010 and failed to authorize Great West Life Insurance and Annuity Company, custodial agent for the Maximus Multimedia International LLC 401(k) Savings Plan, to distribute the plan’s assets to the participants or to appoint an independent fiduciary to manage the plan in violation of the Employment Benefits Security Act

Resolution: The judgment appoints an independent fiduciary to terminate the plan and distribute its assets to authorized participants. The plan had $893,510.38 in assets as of Jan. 28, 2013.
