U.S. Labor Department Sponsors New York Seminar on Retirement Solutions for Small Businesses under Federal Employee Benefits Law
New York, New York - The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) in New York City will hold a seminar to educate accountants and small businesses about retirement solutions for providing benefits to employees of small employers. The seminar will be held June 20 at the Broad Financial Center, 33 Whitehall Street, Room 1126.
The seminar is part of EBSA’s outreach campaign to promote employer-sponsored retirement plans, especially for small employers. Participants will receive information on retirement plan options and the benefits of sponsoring a plan as well as publications with detailed information about retirement programs.
Registration is on a first-come, first served basis. Individuals should register as soon as possible, to ensure space availability.
