Note To Editors: The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) today announced new addresses for the submission of penalty payments and annual report copies (Forms 5500) under the Department’s Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVC).
