VETS Annual Reports

The report describes how the various programs administered by the Department of Labor’s (DOL’s) Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS), along with its partner agencies, helped to facilitate smooth transitions to civilian employment for those serving in our military and provided continuing employment assistance for veterans, military spouses, and caregivers.

USERRA Annual Reports

The USERRA Annual Report describes the various roles federal agencies play in the administration of USERRA. The report responds to each of the  statutorily mandated reporting requirements described in the introduction to the report. In addition, the report contains other information of interest, including USERRA case outcomes for cases closed by DOJ, OSC, and DOL.

Off-Base Transition Training Pilot Annual Report

The Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT) pilot program began its first year of operation on January 11, 2022, in accordance with section 4303 of the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe,  M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020 (P.L. 116-315). Section 4303 directed the Department of Labor (DOL) to provide the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to veterans and spouses of veterans at locations other than active military installations for a period of five years to improve employment-related outcomes in areas with high veteran unemployment.

Veteran American Job Center Customer Experience Report (VCX-HCD)

The Department of Labor (DOL) Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) has embarked on a Human-Centered Design (HCD) project to better understand the veteran customer experience (CX) with American Job Centers (AJCs) throughout the country, specifically services provided through the Jobs for Veterans State Grants (JVSG) program.
